概述
眾所周知,反應(yīng),過濾,干燥是化工,醫(yī)藥,食品等行業(yè)三個(gè)十分重要的單元操作,一般要有反應(yīng)釜、過濾機(jī)、干燥機(jī)三個(gè)單元設(shè)備來完成。這三個(gè)單元設(shè)備分別都有各自的配套裝置,因占地面積大。造價(jià)貴,單元與單元間物料的搬運(yùn)或輸送較麻煩,不但勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,還易造成物料的流失和浪費(fèi)。而對易燃易爆,有毒或劇毒的物料或不允許有污染的生物制品,藥品,食品等,要求密閉操作,這時(shí)反應(yīng),過濾,干燥這三個(gè)裝置間物料的輸送難度就更高,有時(shí)常常會(huì)由此而使整套裝置處于不能完全正常操作或勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,生產(chǎn)周期長,能耗大,效率低影響產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
正是基于上述原因,我們進(jìn)行了大量的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)工作,終于研制成功了SR-筒錐式反應(yīng)過濾干燥多功能機(jī),實(shí)現(xiàn)了化工裝備技術(shù)的重大突破,該機(jī)的發(fā)明對中國乃至世界的化工裝備技術(shù)領(lǐng)域都產(chǎn)生了重大影響。
機(jī)構(gòu)及工作原理
本機(jī)為筒錐式結(jié)構(gòu),在圓筒體和下部錐體上設(shè)置有加熱套,可對物料進(jìn)行加熱或冷卻,在多功能機(jī)內(nèi)部設(shè)置有孔欣走和變角度變導(dǎo)程空心螺旋攪拌裝置攪拌,對物料進(jìn)行攪拌和提升,在出料時(shí)推出物料。
在下部錐體內(nèi)設(shè)置有結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜的圓錐形過濾裝置,在設(shè)備底部有特殊設(shè)計(jì)的無死角快開出裝置或無死角氣動(dòng)出料球閥。
在反應(yīng)階段,反應(yīng)物料從頂部加入,獨(dú)特的攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)可使物料在機(jī)內(nèi)得到十分均勻的攪拌,餅通過筒體夾套、錐體夾套及空心軸,空心螺旋的同時(shí)加熱或冷卻使物料在機(jī)內(nèi)充分反應(yīng)。在過濾階段,本機(jī)可使物料在機(jī)內(nèi)通過加壓或抽干真空過濾濾干,并加入洗滌液,使物料在機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行多次自動(dòng)再漿洗滌,達(dá)到洗滌要求后再壓干,在干燥階段,筒體夾套錐體夾套,空心軸、空心螺帶同時(shí)對物料進(jìn)行加熱并在頂部抽真空,對物料進(jìn)行真空密閉干燥,干燥后自動(dòng)密閉出料。

Mechanism and working principle
